Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what information the Fullstop Solutions website collects, why, and how you can contact us about it. It describes what this website actually does today. Last updated: [DATE OF APPROVAL].
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Fullstop Solutions, based in Marana, Arizona, USA ("Fullstop Solutions", "we", "us"). Contact: info@fullstopsolutions.com or (214) 891-5650.
2. Information you give us through the consultation form
When you request a consultation we collect the details you enter:
- Name, work email and company (required)
- Phone number, website and job role (optional)
- Services you are interested in, industry, company size, budget range and timeline
- Your message describing the workflow or project
- Whether you agreed to be contacted about your enquiry and whether you opted in to marketing emails
3. Information collected automatically with a submission
To manage enquiries and prevent abuse we also record:
- The page you submitted from, the referring page and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link
- Your browser user-agent string
- A one-way keyed hash of your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address with your enquiry
- The date and time of submission
4. Consent records
When you submit the form we store a record of each consent choice: the exact consent wording shown, its version, whether it was granted, the time, the page and the hashed IP address. Contact consent is required to process your request; marketing consent is optional and off by default.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This website currently uses the following first-party cookies, and no advertising or third-party tracking cookies:
- A session cookie (fullstop-solutions-session) that keeps the website working between pages, for example to show your confirmation after you submit the form. It expires after about 2 hours of inactivity
- A security cookie (XSRF-TOKEN) that protects forms against cross-site request forgery
- A testing cookie (fs_vid) holding a random visitor ID, with no personal data, used only when we run an A/B test of page designs, so each visitor sees the same version and we can measure which version works better. It expires after 90 days
6. Analytics and third parties
This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and fonts are served from our own server. If we add analytics later we will update this policy (and ask for consent where required) before doing so. Our interactive tools (ROI calculator, readiness assessment, Experience Lab) run entirely in your browser; what you enter in them is not sent to us unless you choose to send it through the consultation form.
7. Security and abuse prevention
Form submissions are protected by security tokens, input validation, an anti-spam field and rate limits. Rate limiting temporarily uses your IP address as a counter key in short-lived server cache (at most about 24 hours); it is not stored with your enquiry. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised staff with password-protected accounts.
8. How we use your information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess and scope your project, keep a record of our communication, and, only if you opted in, send occasional emails about AI automation guides and tools. We do not sell your personal information.
9. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that host or operate this website and our email, under contract: [HOSTING PROVIDER, to be confirmed] and [EMAIL PROVIDER, to be confirmed]. We may disclose information if required by law.
10. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and consent records for [RETENTION PERIOD, to be confirmed], or longer if you become a client or the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
11. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@fullstopsolutions.com. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional rights; we will respond as required by applicable law.
12. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
13. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
