How AI automation pricing works at Fullstop Solutions
Last updated: October 27, 2026
We quote a fixed price per scoped workflow after a discovery call. Platform subscriptions and AI usage are listed separately, so you can see the true running cost before anything is built.
1. Three ways to work together
Each option is quoted after discovery.
- Automation audit: workflow interviews, a ranked opportunity list, effort and risk per item, and a recommended first build
- Build and handover (most common start): one scoped workflow with a fixed scope and quote, built in your accounts, tested with your team, with documentation and training
- Ongoing support: monitoring and fixes, small changes each month, usage and cost reviews, and new workflow planning
2. What affects the price
Cost depends on scope, the number of systems involved and volume.
- How many steps and decision points the workflow has
- How many tools need to be connected, and whether they offer APIs
- Whether AI is needed for reading or writing text, or plain rules are cheaper and more reliable
- Volume of calls, messages or documents, which drives AI usage and platform costs
- Compliance requirements for regulated data
3. Running costs after launch
Running costs are platform subscriptions plus AI usage, which scale with volume. We estimate them in the written scope, and they are always listed separately from our fee.
4. Timeline
A single, well-scoped workflow typically takes a few weeks from approved scope to handover. Your written scope states the timeline for your project.
5. Estimate the value first
