• Build and test: built in your accounts, tested with real-world examples and reviewed with your team
• Handover and support: documentation, training and an optional support plan

3. What we commit to

These are the working principles stated across our services.

• You own the automations: where possible we build in accounts registered to your business, so you are never locked in to us
• A person stays in the loop: low-confidence AI results go to a person for review instead of being acted on automatically
• Running costs are visible: platform subscriptions and AI usage are listed separately from our fee
• Regulated data (for example health or legal data) gets a compliance review before we build, and we will tell you if a workflow should not be automated
